Spontaneous Re-Open of Closed Documents for Views in Frameset

Issue:
Have Notes-based application w/frameset. In right side of frameset are views opened via outline entries on left. When documents are saved they immediately reopen. When a document is selected (highlighted), most of the time it also opens without the double click.

Solution:
In 6.5x and higher have noticed that occasionally, the views do this when inside a frameset. The solution is simply to change the frame properties to load in frame <nothing> instead of "_blank", etc. By putting nothing in the frame it will act like a "_blank" entry.

Update:
Experienced this is 8.01, so obviously this behavior still can exist.
