Issue: 
When running an Activity Analysis to append data to existing server Results application/database, the following error is received after the request is submitted. 
"Analysis Failed, Server Error: Entry Not Found in Index" 
 
Solution: 
Note found. Restarting admin client did not make a difference. Changing dates dates and what to report (e.g. HTTP vs Notes Sessions) did not make a difference either. 
 
Workaround: 
Exported everything available to a new local results application. I then copied the documents from the local app to the main results app 30k at a time for an hour.
